THE HUGE ISSUE, was, we in good faith fully booked and paid for this VRBO. Turns out either the host or VRBO were negligent in leaving this facility listed as available when it was NOT available and had already been booked. This led us to scramble to get another VRBO which was more costly and had for us serious issues with parking availability. The 2nd VRBO ended up costing 43 for two days of parking! Additionally, when we booked this VRBO, we applied a credit we had. The company &/ or host refunded the cost of the stay BUT we HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR INITIALCREDIT.... IMHO it is negligence on the part of either VRBO or/and host to leave a listing as active when it has already been booked.. Because of the hassle and costs this caused I would have to give this a -5 rating. It needs to be fixed so others don't experience similar issues ....
