The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels: Please place all the towels and kitchen towels in the washing machine.
Throw trash away: Please take the trash from the kitchen and bathrooms, along with the recycling to the outdoor bins located on the left side of the house and place bins at the curb for collection,
1. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. 2. Ensure the fire pit is covered, the outdoor storage box is closed, and all games and beach supplies are stored inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Excessive noise, extra guests, or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation.
Please keep the Space Tidy and be respectful of our family home—no excessive messes. An extra cleaning fee will be sent in case an excessive mess.
Valid government ID required to book and may be requested by host. Primary renter is responsible for all guests and any damages.

The house was very beautiful, but cozy and inviting. My kids loved the small game room and sleeping arrangements. All the little details and amenities made it very relaxing. The neighborhood was a little different, but overall a great place to stay.
