Villa with large terrace with built-in barbecue, outdoor table with chairs and armchairs, 2 bathrooms, sunshade and small serving table.
In interior, living room stay with chimney, kitchen, a room parents, a space room children with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a cabinet basin, a toilet independent, various cupboards and a closed courtyard in the extension of the room parents .
The villa is located in a quiet, dead end, including a small shopping center, a sports center that includes, among others, an indoor pool and tennis courts nearby. We also have a private pool area, shared with 40 villas. accessible with a punch card available in the house.

Lovely property situated on the hillside overlooking Nerja. Close to all amenities and easily walkable to Burriana Beach or slightly longer walk to Balcón de Europa. Take a taxi home as the hills are quite steep from the beach up to the property followed by approx 40 steps to the front door. Fabulous private balcony (sun trap) overlooking all of Nerja in a quiet neighbourhood. Owner is very helpful & informative . Will visit again

Bonita zona para pasar las vacaciones

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y cerca de los sitios de interés. Zona tranquila para disfrutar de las vacaciones, sin duda volveremos si estamos por la zona. Hay algunas escaleras parar acceder al apartamento, pero para nosotros no es un problema

Des vacances au top

Le logement est très fonctionnel et avec vu sur mer. L'endroit est calme et ombragé. Effectivement il n'y a pas la climatisation mais les 2 ventilateurs mis a dispositions ont suffit. La literie est très confortable. Le stationnement n'est pas facile mais il y a des places près de la piscine partagé en contrebas du logement. Nous avons trouvé que nous étions bien placé; a 30 minutes a pied du balcon de l'Europe. Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances.

Vies, kakkerlakken; niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Bij sleutel overdracht was er geen sleutel. 1,5 uur wachten. Komend bij appertement vies, veel stof, vlekken op lakens en kakkerlakken. 2x contact gezocht net beheerder, verwijst naar bedrijf voor onderhoud; slecht slapen door aanwezigheid kakkerlakken. Appertement is niet toegankelijk voor slecht ter been, uitzicht wordt belemmerd door een gigantische dode boom van de buurman. Erg heet in appartement, geen airco wel 2 ventilatoren. Alles erg oud, wel goede vriezer en koelkast.

Tof verblijf met mooi terras.

De locatie is iets hoger gelegen wat goed is voor de conditie en zorgt voor een prachtig uitzicht. De afstand tot het centrum en het strand zijn ook te voet af te leggen. De woning biedt het nodige comfort en het grote terras maakt het helemaal af. Wij waren hier reeds voor de tweede maal en keren zeker nog eens terug.

This is a lovely place to stay and offers a lovely setting with plenty of unique features. We really enjoyed our time here; the pool is great, facilities like supermarkets are close and the town nearby is lovely. Host is also friendly and offered us great communication.

El precio estaba muy bien. El apartamento aceptable un poco viejo pero bueno. La televisión estaba en francés pero nos la pudieron poner en español cosa que agradecimos al ir con menores. La piscina estupenda. Había que coger el coche para todo pero no importaba para la tranquilidad que ofrecía la Urbanización

J était déçu cette année

Pleins d arenier et cafard mais filles en était piqué de partout pas de wifi comme ça était dans l annonce le parking dans la rue des fois en trouve de la place et souvent en ce gare loin du cout j ai quitté 48h avant et j ai pris une notre location dommage mais la ville et très jolie

Prachtig gelegen woning op steile berghelling, super mooi uitzicht over Nerja met zeezicht. 2 ruime terrassen, veel groen rondom. (gedateerd interieur met zeer muffe geur in de huiskamer, als je de keukenlade's/kastjes open maakt ruikt het zeer onaangenaam, daar ook kakkerlakken aangetroffen). Super mooi zwembad er bij, gedeeld met buren, in de nabije omgeving kan je lekker eten, ook laten bezorgen. Ook supermarkt is dichtbij. Auto (huur) wenselijk! Beautifully situated house on steep mountainside, super nice view over Nerja with sea view. 2 spacious terraces, lots of green around. (dated interior with very musty smell in the living room, if you open the kitchen drawer's / cupboards it smells very unpleasant, also found cockroaches). Super nice pool shared with neighbors, in the vicinity you can eat well, also delivered. Supermarket is also close. Car (rent) desirable!
