This lovely double-wide offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms include a bathtub and shower, making mornings and evenings easy and convenient. Covered spot to park your boat and charge your batteries. Bonus sunroom with outside covered deck. Located off of paved roads. Pet friendly with fenced yard. Beautiful views of Tranquility/Lanan Bay. A great place to call homebase while you’re fishing or just relaxing, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This property was FABULOUS! Easy check in! Easy communication with owner! Everything needed was available for a nice, quiet weekend getaway. The garden tub in the master was AMAZING! The back porch/sun room area was perfect. I thought the location was convenient to grocery store, fuel, fun activities and restaurant choices. This will be my “go to” place when enjoying Toledo Bend.
