Brian was a great host and communicated in advance. The studio is in a prime location right off of the man street in Manhattan, ocean views as soon as you step outside!

This was a great place to stay for just the two of us minutes from Manhattan Beach. Owner was very friendly and responsive. The unit was very clean and the perfect size for just us two to rest in the evenings after exploring the beach area and the city. It was easy to get rides into LA proper to do things. The rooftop area needs some TLC but the view was great. We loved the location - easy walking to lots of yummy places to eat. If you are an easy going traveler who wants a nice, clean efficiency by the beach, this is the perfect place. We would stay again! Thank you to Brian for a great stay.

Host was very communicative and the place was great! A bit smaller than I thought it would be but given the area I get it. Walking distance to the beach, as soon as you go out the door and to the street you can see the ocean. Rooftop was cool but I didn’t like how unstable the stairs going up were and that I had to walk in front of others homes to go up there I just didn’t want to bother anyone. All in all good place.

The place was just what we wanted. Small cozy place close to the beach and the airport. Brian did a great job keeping us up to date on things. Recommend for a couple wanting to spend time on the beach or enjoy the sun set from the loft up top!
