Perfect 2-bedroom water front cottage with Boat docks, west side of Sandusky

The Portland cottage offers a true wildlife setting, while still being centrally located to everything. Only 10 - 15 minutes to cedar point, jet express, down town Sandusky, port Clinton, and Marblehead. This unique rental offers a big deck that over hangs the water, with a dock(during boat season) for docking your boat or jet skis, fishing, watching all the wild life, while soaking up the sun or use the pavilion for shade. Plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat or jet skis. Also there is a boat launch within walking distance of the cottage at Clemons Marina.

Bag up all try and please, no liquids in trash. Put trash bags on back enclosed porch. No extra guest, and no parties are permitted.
No candles may be used. Towels to be kept in the house. No windows open where air or heat is on. No shoes on upstairs carpet or living room rug.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not rearrange any furniture in the house. Do not move the angle of the tv. Do not sit anything on the stand below the tv. Thank you

House was beautiful! Spotless! Has a cozy feel. Loved the cute deck and it was so relaxing to sit and listen to the water! We stopped at Bay Bell's for breakfast and that was the best food I've had for breakfast!

We moved to Sandusky in 2016 after sharing our first home as a vacation rental . We came to realize we loved the area so much that we made the permanent move . We purchased our second home located in the unique historic neighborhood of Bay Bridge. Home of the historic Medusa cement plant . We currently bought a Bar and Grill located on the bay and this year bought the Marina next to it . We moved in the Marina and want to share the Bay Bridge property with new guests from around the world. We love meeting new people and want to make their visit one they will always remember.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is historic and was built by the Medusa Cement plant . The water front sunsets are some of the best you will ever see .

What makes this property unique

We by far have the best waterfront property in the area . The Deck is the biggest on the Bay with the dock attached for all your water toys. Guests can fish directly off the deck . The best catfishing on the Great Lakes . We are directly located in the middle of Erie and Ottawa county attractions . The neighborhood is awsome for walking or golf carts . Two of the best restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Unfortunately you may not want to leave .
