Villa with Mediterranean garden, ideal for dog owners, for guests looking for peace and quiet

Small villa with a Mediterranean-style garden full of mature plants, a spacious balcony, and a large terrace with lounge chairs, offering a fantastic, sweeping view.

Our house is located on a quiet side street. Ideal for guests with dogs. Situated on a hillside with a breathtaking view. Spread across two floors, a comfortably furnished vacation home awaits you. Sunbathe on the terrace, let your dog lounge in the garden, or relax on the balcony with a book and a glass of wine—you can enjoy all of this here. The garden is spread across several levels, featuring natural Mediterranean vegetation with plenty of shaded spots—ideal for your dog.

The balcony offers a panoramic view stretching far across Lake Garda. Simply fantastic.

The property is fenced in, so dogs can’t escape, and there are no other guests in the house.

Hiking enthusiasts can simply set off and explore the wild and romantic surroundings on well-marked trails—for example, a detour to the Valle delle Cartiere (Paper Mill Valley) along the stream. A hiking trail in a class of its own

Swimming: The nearby beaches all offer umbrella and lounge chair rentals, as well as a choice of grassy or sandy shores. In the evenings, it’s also a popular spot to let dogs run free.

On the outskirts of Toscolano, heading north, there’s a dedicated dog beach.

A newly built beach promenade allows for long walks from Toscolano to the small harbor of Maderno

A short walk from the house takes you to the nearby artists’ village of Ceccina, with inviting trattorias and a pizzeria featuring a small garden.

Market day takes place every Thursday in the central town of Toscolano. Clothing, food, shoes, and everything useful—and even the not-so-useful—are on offer. Definitely worth a visit! The cheeses and cured meats are a feast for the eyes. Open from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays

Places to visit:
Gargnano and Salò are nearby towns well worth a visit.
Gargnano, in particular, has a charming little harbor with several cafes in the center.

Salò, on the other hand, is a shopper’s paradise with countless specialty shops and cafes, a beautiful promenade, and restaurants.
