Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wirklich toll und das Highlight des Anwesens. Augusto ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Villa ist groƟ, meiner Meinung nach entspricht die Einrichtung max 3 Sternen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist auf der Galerie im ersten Stock und offen. Das ist, wenn man nicht mit kleineren Kindern reist, sondern mit anderen Paaren, wirklich ungĆ¼nstig. Das im Haus befindliche zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Schlafzimmer 3 und 4 im Anbau sind durch eine dĆ¼nne Holzwand, die nach oben offen ist, getrennt und sind dadurch nich wirklich fĆ¼r Paare nutzbar, sondern nur fĆ¼r die eigene Familie, zumal das eine ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Das dazu gehƶrige Bad ist funktional, aber einfach. Bis auf das offene Galerie Schlafzimmer sind die anderen drei leider etwas muffig, ebenso die SchrƤnke. Die KĆ¼che ist gut eingerichtet, aber klein.Wirklich Ć¼berrascht waren wir Ć¼ber die Ɯberwachungskamera, die den Garten und die Terrasse auch wƤhrend unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes Ć¼berwachte. Das empfinden wir schon als Stƶrung unserer PrivatsphƤre, zumal wir nicht darĆ¼ber informiert wurden.

Augusto ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber!

Wir kƶnnen nur positives zum Haus sagen. Wir haben 13 NƤchte dort verbracht und jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ein bisschen abseits gelegen, mit privater Zufahrt und eigenem Parkplatz im Hof.Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, drei BƤder, eine KĆ¼che, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Grill und vor allem eins - gaanz gaanz viel Ruhe! Haustiere sind erlaubt.Wenn man Hilfe benƶtigt, kann man Augusto einfach Ć¼ber Whatsapp schreiben und bekommt Hilfe.

Ein schƶnes Lanhaus in traumhaft schƶner Lage mit sensationeller Aussicht auf den Gardasee

Meine Frau und ich haben Ende April 2025 zwƶlf 12 wundervolle Tage in diesem traumhaften Anwesen verlebt. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck mit Sonnenaufgang unter einer sehr groƟzĆ¼gig Ć¼berdachten Terrasse. Sonnenbaden unter alten OlivenbƤumen. Abends bei einem Glas Rotwein die sensationelle Aufsicht auf den Gardasee in Ruhe genieƟen. Wir danken Augusto, unserem Vermieter und Gastgeber, sehr fĆ¼r seine sympathische und kompetente Art. Stets hat Augusto alle unsere Anliegen zeitnah umgesetzt und hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Osteria, Restaurant, SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten etc.) weitergeholfen.Am Ostersamstag-Abend hat er persƶnlich bei allen zu FuƟ erreichbaren Restaurant angerufen und uns einen Tisch besorgt, obwohl alle Restaurants ausgebucht waren. Herzlichen Dank Augusto; wir kommen im FrĆ¼hjahr 2026 wieder.Charlie

Rustic Romantic Northern Italy

If you are looking for a wonderful rustic but updated home for 8 adults in the beautiful Lago di Garda area, look no further. This home is perfect for your stay. The lake views are superb and the grounds are beautiful and safe behind a gated drive. The owner/host, Augusto is a fantastic host and knows the area well. The small villages near the home are walkable and have great restaurants and markets. The home is a wonderful base for touring the Veneto regions and the Garda lake area towns. For the Americans who choose this wonderful home- you will be comfortable and the home has all the devices and appliances you need except a dryer most homes do not have a dryer at this level. You also will need to supply all your own consumables like extra toilet paper, paper towels and cooking condiments ( salt, pepper spices coffee and filters) Other than these things the home has all the bedding I tenet, TV etc There is a whole home stereo system for music during dinner on the lovely patio.This is a 5 star home and location for those who want a classic Italian farm home experience by beautiful Lake Garda.

Drei Familien, 9 Personen und Familienhund, altersmƤƟig vom SƤugling, Schulkind, junge Eltern und bis zu reifen Senioren haben sich in dem schƶn eingerichteten Haus, mit Blick auf den Gardasee ƤuƟerst wohl gefĆ¼hlt und eine harmonische Woche erlebt. Viel Raum, toller Garten, Restaurants und kleines Alinentari fuƟlƤufig in der NƤhe und ein empathischer, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert.

der Gastgeber war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und dabei und niemals aufdringlich -trotz einer Riesenauswahl von Ausflugs-und Essensmƶglichkeiten, die er vorgeschlagen hat- wir haben sehr gerne einige davon besucht und waren nicht enttƤuscht. Das Haus ist ein phantastisch schƶner Ort fĆ¼r- in unserem Fall -2 Personen - eine Landhaus in bestem Sinn- von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung.

Wir (Familie von 5 Personen mit Hund) haben eine wunderschƶne, erholsame Woche bei Augusto verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wifi war auch einwandfrei, was man mit Teenagern braucht! Am schƶnsten war der Garten, der Ć¼brigens rundherum eingezƤunt war! Wann immer wir im Haus waren, saƟen wir auf der Terrasse und haben die Aussicht auf den See genossen! Augusto war ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles! Spending a few days at Augusto's place should be on everyone's bucket list! I spent a wonderful week in July with my Italian/English/US family - mother, sister and husband, cousin, my teenage sons and my husband - 8 of us. Plenty of space for everyone and with three bathrooms - it was easy. The view is truly breathtaking and being able to dine al fresco every morning and night with that setting, was truly an Italian dream! It allowed for so much social bonding time over a meal. The pictures capture the view well but it is even more magical when you are there - the slope of the front lawn hill, the sounds of the cicadas, the smells of the hillside and lake air, watching a thunderstorm approach -magical! Augusto is a most gracious, friendly and attentive host. The reviews are true! From beginning to end, he was easy to communicate with and genuinely excited to host us. He provided us with so many useful recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to try, bikes and boats to rent and on and on. It just felt good to know we had the support when we needed it. Three things are worth knowing that were not captured so well on the website: 1. There are more stairs then you think. This was an issue for my elderly mother. The rest of us had no problems. The house is kind of tri-level. Worth knowing if you have an injury or handicap related to walking. It would not be so comfortable - especially access from kitchen to patio. 2. Access to villa is VERY car dependent - and avoid a big van if you can. Roads are narrow and become one lane near the golf course - so lots of nerves hoping no one would be coming the other way -- a fun family adventure most of the time, though! The thing is, I had imagined that my teenagers might be able to bike into Toscolano-Maderno to meet up with friends everyday - but access was trickier than we thought. Not so much the steep roads (expected that) but some parts were just too narrow and kind of unsafe for tourists like us who don't do this everyday and would need more time to learn best routes and adjust. 3. Kitchen is for one person really - surprising given the size of villa - but the the outdoor kitchen space is lovely and if you are good at BBQ (which we were not) - it becomes a much bigger kitchen! eine super Zeit in einem wunderschƶnen Haus mit toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderschƶne Zeit in einem gemĆ¼tlichen Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick und einem wunderschƶnen Garten. Alles in allem ein toller erholsamer Urlaub. Besonders gefreut hat uns der liebe Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Danke Augusto :-))

Amazing place offering quietness, beach, hiking and mtb-ing.

Hospitality of Augusto was mentioned in comments before and we can confirm this wholeheartedly. The location offers a beautiful view on the lake as well a quietness to enjoy great evenings.
