Welcome to our little slice of country heaven in Waller! Just a short drive from the fun of Houston and close to adventures toward College Station, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for relaxing after exploring. Enjoy 22 peaceful acres, a cozy fire pit, indoor bar area, outdoor grilling and seating space, plus 2 RV hookups for extra guests. Come unwind, roam, and make yourself at home!

As you walk in you will enter the living room to the left and the kitchen and bar area straight ahead. If you pass the living room on the left your will enter the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a built in TV in the bedframe. Continue across the home past the kitchen and the dining table is on the right. You will have the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is at the end of the hall on the right with a queen size bed and the third bedroom is directly across the second bedroom with a queen size bed as well.

There is a fire pit in the backyard and a propane grill with outdoor seating.

There is two covered parking spots for the main house.

There is a separate studio unit that is booked separately with its own covered parking spot.

There are 2 RV hookups with NO SEWAGE CONNECTION.

You will have access to the entire property and main house. There is a separate studio apartment that is booked separately.

We are available 24/7 for anything you need!

You will NOT have access to the barn on the right it is locked.

Propane is not provided for the grill or fire pit. Please plan ahead of time.
