Modern house with fantastic sea view

The house was completely renovated in 2020 with a lot of work and love and now shines in new splendour. The 56sqm living space is divided into bedroom and living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a "Wintergarten" with sea views. Next to the house is a terrace with a small outdoor kitchen and lounge furniture. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a 160cm wide bed. The kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking. The house is lovingly furnished. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away.
