Grosses Haus an wunderschöner Lage, jedoch veraltet möbliert, Wände müssten neugestrichen werden

gut, wenn auch für Hundespaziergänge wenig geeignet. Bettwäsche müsste mit Duvets ergänzt werden. Kochgeschirr erneuert werden. Alles vorhanden, von Waschmaschine über Haarfön bis Toaster.

Posizione ottima ma casa poco confortevole

Casa poco curata e stipata di cose appartenenti ai proprietari. Diversi oggetti rotti (es.ventilatori) Necessiterebbe di una sistemazione e pulizia di fondo. Segnaliamo aspetti pericolosi: impianto elettrico con dispersioni (che hanno causato scosse a diversi di noi in cucina); lungo la scalinata esterna presenza di lastroni non cementati; vetro della dispensa rotto. Lavori di ristrutturazione in atto, non completati. Giardino ben curato. Posizione panoramica

Thank you for your feedback and we are incredibly sorry for the experience you faced. We passed your feedback to our local team to make improvements. Both the hump in the floor and the electrical system have been completely repaired. The problem of the leak that was reported was immediately resolved. Any fans that do not work, will be removed. Some windows close with great difficulty, as do the shutters on the ground floor, however our local team are aware of this and are in the process of making the necessary improvements concerning this.

Splendide serate in terrazza

Villa immersa nel verde disposta su tre livelli con ampi spazi a due passi dal mare, area esterna con vista panoramica splendida. Peccato per le camere se al primo piano calde e molto disturbate la strada provinciale è molto trafficata, le altre umide e buie. I bagni freschi di ristrutturazione.

La villa è in una buona posizione con una bellissima visuale, avrebbe bisogno di un po' di lavori di manutenzione ma comunque vivibile, buoni spazi comuni. l'unica pecca grande che abbiamo registrato, per altro già comunicata all'agenzia locale, è la pulizia sia dei locali (bagni esclusi) sia dell'attrezzatura di cucina (piatti, tegami, ecc.)
