Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Close all windows. Turn off all electronic devices (lights, ceiling fans, TV’s, etc.).
Pick up all pet yard waste and dispose of properly. Set the thermostat to 60 degrees (winter) and 85 degrees (summer).
Notify me you’ve left. Be sure to lock the door behind you! And place the key back in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person booking the reservation must be staying at the home. Third-party bookings / sub-leasing are not permitted without permission.
Our team may perform lawn care or exterior service during your stay. We’ll give about 24 hours’ notice when possible – no action needed from you.
