During Your Stay

• Separate recycling and regular garbage using the bags provided in the kitchen.

• Report any missing, damaged, or broken items immediately upon check-in. Prompt reporting allows us to address any issues quickly and helps avoid misunderstandings regarding damages during your stay.

Important Note:
• Additional cleaning, damage, or replacement fees may apply for excessive staining or damages.
• Please note that the hot tub is currently not working. All other amenities, including hot water and household appliances, are fully operational and functioning properly.
• Any visitors, gatherings, celebrations, or activities involving additional people beyond the registered guests or the maximum occupancy must be communicated to the host in advance and approved prior to arrival.

• Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Subject to availability, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out of up to 1 hour. This service is available for CAD $25 per hour and must be arranged in advance.
• Grocery
For added convenience, grocery stocking may be available upon request. As this service is subject to availability, please contact us at least 3 days prior to check-in so we can confirm availability and make the necessary arrangements. Guests are responsible for the cost of groceries, plus a CAD $50 service fee for shopping and preparation.
