The house is a older home and has issues with air conditioning for the middle floor didn’t get as cool as was needed for my CPAP machine.

Wouldn’t rent at all, place is filthy. Right on top of Bardstown Rd, very loud no parking on weekends, cobwebs, horseflies, live and dead bugs on sheets. Not sure they even cleaned
