The condo is really nice, with a bedroom layout that works well if traveling with kids, updated furnishings and enough of a view of the ocean to make the balcony experience even more enjoyable. It overlooks the pool, which is literally steps away, and the beach is a short walk away down a nice boardwalk. The Hub (we refuse to call it the Big Chill) is next door, and the location in general is pretty perfect. We would stay here again.

The view from the balcony really does enhance the experience, especially with the pool just steps away and the beach a short walk down the boardwalk. Great way to ring in the new year!

My family and I stayed at this condo over New Years. It was extremely comfortable, clean and exactly like the pictures. The views from the condo are amazing and so is the property. The location on 30a is excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding stay

The condo was located right outside the pool. The beautiful boardwalks were fun to walk through the dunes and toward the beach. The condominium was clean when we arrived. The host was accommodating, attentive and pleasant.

Beautiful townhome in Watersound, great location n a beautiful community, about 100 yards from the beach. Great features and styling, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Could have fit 3 families. A bit difficult to find the specific house within the development as the 5G coverage wasn’t great and there are two separate gates. Our biggest gripe was the absolute lack of basic amenities: no shampoo, hand soap and body wash at any of the rooms, no salt, pepper, condiments, cooking oil, no “leave behinds” from prior guests. This is a Vacasa managed home which may indicate the lack of personal touch from hosts, but the attentiveness and response time from the team was lackluster. When we texted them to say there are no toiletries, they stalled and asked us to check all cabinets, and only the next morning a rep was kind enough to connect to the local team and have someone drop toiletries. Even then they did not bring enough! Not very good service for the price.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location, spacious layout, and comfortable beds that accommodated your group so well. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with locating the home and the lack of basic amenities upon arrival. Please know that your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to address the issue. Comfortable beach vacation spot

This condo is clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable bedding and furnishings, plenty of room and a nice layout with great access and views of the pool on the first floor, and a good view of the dunes and the ocean from the second floor. Other than some wear and tear that is to be expected of vacation rentals, the photos are a very accurate depiction of a 5-star condo that our family enjoyed and we recommend. Just a few head's up to consider when booking - because of the protected dunes (which are beautiful), getting to the beach is a bit of a trek on the boardwalk, which if unexpected, can be a lot for little kids and all the stuff that comes with a trip to the beach. There is a very large pantry (unmarked) across from the kitchen, which appears to be a locked door, but was not. Do NOT go buy a coffeemaker (like we did, and others before us because there were multiple coffee pots in there) if you don't see one on the counter, because it is probably in the pantry. The kitchen is accommodating, but not fully stocked like home, so plan accordingly if you intend on cooking meals in the condo. The golf cart in the garage is not available for use, which is consistent with the booking information that does not list it as an amenity, but to avoid confusion when you arrive and see a beautiful 6-seater parked there, it could be described more explicitly.
