Home features 4 bedrooms and a loft, 2 king and 4 queen beds, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 12 people. We invite you to come and enjoy some modern features while unwinding after a long day in the city. Our home has a fully fenced-in backyard with a lovely patio to enjoy morning coffee or Summer and Fall nights in a backyard oasis that is private and relaxing. Kitchen features a large quartz waterfall island, European cabinets with LED lights, and comes fully stocked. The layout is as follows:
- Upstairs living space features a master bedroom (with a beautiful magnolia wallpaper, wood slabs, chandelier, pendant lights, modern nightstands, comfortable bounce king bed, a gorgeous, attached bathroom with a shower, a soaking tub, and a floating vanity with dual sinks and 3 large LED mirror, and a spacious walk-in closet). There’re 2 more bedrooms on this floor, each comes with a queen bed and a loft which features 2 queen beds, and another full bathroom.
- Main floor features a spacious living room with a 65” smart TV, a dining room, a beautiful kitchen comes fully stocked, an outdoor patio with sittings, and a half bathroom.
- Lower level has 1 bedroom (with a king bed and attached bathroom), a game room (with an air hockey table & sitting area), and a laundry room.
- Free parking on premise that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Garage is not accessible to guests.
- There’s a smart TV in each bedroom as well as one in the living room, and one in the game room.
- Self check-in. Smart keypad provides convenient entry with unique door code for each reservation for safety.

Other Details to Note:
- Accurate guest count is required by VRBO and Insurance. When you book, please make sure you enter the correct number of guests including all those who will be staying and visiting. For example, if you plan on having 4 people stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 9 people. If you have questions, message the host prior to booking.
- Absolutely no parties, events, or loud noise. Noise detection devices are required on site by City of Atlanta. Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancelation of the reservation. Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am.
- No smoking, vaping, or hookahs inside home. Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property.
- No pets allowed.
