Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

Overall this is an excellent place to stay. We had a few hiccups with getting in, but it was able to get resolved quickly. The playground was under construction and we were not notified in advance but we weren’t traveling with kids, so we didn’t mind. Cabin was well stocked with everything you need. We definitely will stay again.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for sharing your experience. Glad you found the cabin well stocked and that the entry hiccup was resolved quickly — sorry for that delay. Apologies also for not notifying you about the playground construction; we’ll update our pre-arrival messages and listing notes so future guests are informed. We’d love to host you again.
