The modern new luxury villa ¨AQUAleo¨ with more than 200m2 of living space presents itself as an architecturally minimalist holiday home which combines the highest level of living comfort with a quiet location and spectacular views to the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera and the coast of Costa Adeje. Every evening you can enjoy the most amazing sunset. This unique house is furnished with high quality designer furniture. There is an 85' Smart TV in the living room and a 55' Smart TV in each of the bedrooms.
On the lower level there is the spacious living and dining area with an open life style brand kitchen, a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the large terrace and a guest bathroom. The living area is connected to the over 200m2 outdoor area via floor-to-ceiling, wide-opening windows. This smooth transition creates a generous spatial concept and feeling that conveys a typical Canarian lifestyle. The outdoor area is bordered on two sides by small subtropical gardens and towards the ocean by a fantastic, heated infinity pool measuring 15x4m (optional service). Furthermore, the outdoor area is structured into relaxation zones, a dining area with barbecue corner and a chill-out zone. The high-quality, sensor-controlled awnings provide the necessary shade and are even illuminated to provide atmospheric lighting for the corresponding areas on warm evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped to an extremely high standard and leaves nothing to be desired.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room is on the upper floor. The bathroom is very spacious and not only the bathtub offers the most wonderful sea views. Another guest bedroom is also on this floor. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace, also via floor-to-ceiling windows.

Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Parking is always available in front of the villa.

We have just returned from an amazing stay. From the little hamper on arrival to the prompt communication - we could not have asked for more. Jorge went out of his way to facilitate our requests and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was superb and view is very special - would highly recommend.

Our family of 6 stayed at this stunning villa in April 2023 and absolutely loved it. The level of cleanliness and excellent communication with Matthias was nothing short of excellent. He honestly could not do enough for us and I would totally recommend a stay in this villa. All rooms are finished to an amazing standard and the views from the pool and terrace are breathtaking. Fabulous Villa - the perfect place to relax!

Villa Aqualeo is absolutely stunning with spectacular views from dawn to dusk. This is the perfect villa for anyone who wants luxury combined with privacy. The outside area of the villa from dining to pool was set out to provide a relaxing environment at all times. The host Jorge was amazing, who made sure our experience from the moment we arrived was to the highest of standards. A car is highly recommended due to the high location of the villa, however we found the local taxi service great and we were able to book one within 10/15 minutes each time. Would highly recommend this villa and we will booking again

Truly superb property

Excellent comms from managers. Excellent views (Although is towards top of the hill, which made my morning run challenging...). There are also some footpaths at the top of the road, which can lead to Arona (although we never made it that far). The local supermarket is about 1km down the hill (does sell some decent pastries). V good wifi. Table tennis table useful. Pool excellent. Air con really good. We cooked in some nights. Drove down to Costa Adeje a few nights for restaurant. Nice sea promenade for strolling. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné à 5 pendant 2 semaines dans la villa. La vue est à couper le souffle. Mais il n’y a pas que cela…..La suite parentale est immense, la piscine est également très grande. Tout cela dans un confort moderne et calme. La villa à 2 ans Merci à Jochen pour son accueil, à Matthias pour l’accompagnement et à Eugenio (je crois) pour l’intendance. Une très très bonne adresse. Pas d’hésitation

Stay at Costa Adeje Villa

Our family stay at the beautiful villa was amazing. The property was clean, modern and in good standard. The location was excellent for us as we did not want to be directly in the center but a little bit away whilst still being able to get down town quickly by car. The downside to that is that there is only one restaurant in walking distance. Communication with property management team was excellent and cleaning and services for the property were good. We had a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely book again.

La maison, la piscine, la vue, l'emplacement ! Tout était parfait. Nous étions 6 à séjourner dans cette maison et tout a été génial du premier au dernier jour. Vous trouverez dans cette maison tout ce dont vous avez besoin, à savoir : - Piscine (que vous pouvez faire chauffer) - Confort ultra moderne - Barbecue au gaz - Quartier ultra calme - Table de tennis de table - ... Enfin, Matthias qui gère la maison est ultra disponible et réactif. (Merci encore pour pour ta superbe adresse de viande Argentine ;) ) Bref, je recommande chaudement cette maison.
