Nestled in Alba, this quaint house offers a peaceful retreat for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. With three bedrooms featuring one king bed and four twin beds, there’s plenty of space for families or friends. Two bathrooms with refreshing showers make getting ready a breeze. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, ensuring a perfect stay no matter the season. Outside you will find an expansive covered porch with two sitting areas, dining space, and pellet grill. Bring a basketball to enjoy our basketball court located next to the porch. The house also offers a covered parking space perfect for two vehicles or boats! We are about 4 miles from the famous Lake Fork! We hope you enjoy what our place and Alba have to offer.

Host never responded to questions, no dishwasher TV is super small. Outside of these things the property is excellent very clean. Bring your own box fan and paper plates.

I did not receive any communication from host prior to arrival and had to use the ring camera to receive code to enter. host said they forgot to send email and did not receive while staying. no way to communicate with Host except thru Ring camera and they did not answer ring camera when we were leaving property so no way to let them know that we were checking out and leaving.property does NOT have Wi-Fi or was never told of password thru ring camera communication. Bad policy having to go outside and use doorbell to attempt communication with Host.Bright side beautiful property and very comfortable. would have rated 5 of 5 stars if not the frustration of bad communication with Host.

Everything about this home was perfect. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, check in was simple and we actually kept the air turned up higher than we do at home because the house stayed so cool. That was much appreciated during a summer heat wave! The outdoor covered porch area was wonderful and more than we expected. It was equipped with large fans so we were able to sit out and enjoy it in the evenings despite the heat. It is completely private and you hear nothing but nature. We have stayed many places and I can honestly say this is one of the first homes we have stayed in and not had a single complaint. There is nothing we would have changed. The pictures do not do this place justice.
