Romantic Historic Loft on Main Street

This unique place is one of three loft studios located in an 1890`s historic building in downtown Heber Springs, Arkansas. Created for weekenders and adventurers, it hosts beautiful views of the court square, Main Street and the surrounding Ozark mountains. You will be right in the heart of this small town yet minutes from the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake and the world famous Little Red River.

The space is located above an art gallery on the court square. The room is a large loft with tall windows, 15 ft. ceilings, a kitchenette and a large private bathroom hosting a zero entry shower.

The guests will have access to the common spaces including a parlor, balcony, linen closet and washer/dryer.

Your host is always available via text and may even surprise you with an in person greeting or invitation to dinner.

The Lofts are located in the center of town on the court square. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, coffeehouses, the Gem Movie Theatre, Spring Park and Sulfer Creek Bike Trail.

Guests can choose to walk or drive in the downtown area. Free public parking is available.

There is no elevator available. Guests will be required to climb 26 steps to get to the second floor of the building.
Please do not climb on the roof of neighboring buildings. We will not be responsible for damage or injury as a result of breaking this rule.

The balconies are available for use, however, you must be able to climb in and out the window safely. Please do so at your own risk.
