Holiday Apartment 1 at the Likedeeler Strandhaus complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>Located on the ground floor, Holiday Apartment 1 at the Likedeeler Strandhaus covers approximately 80 m² and features a living/dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces the lake. The beach is only about 60 metres away.<br><br>With its cosy sitting area, your living room offers the perfect setting for a pleasant stay. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment on rainy days. In the living room, you’ll also find a pull-out double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) that sleeps two people. Directly from the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which is furnished with comfortable seating.<br><br>One of the two bedrooms has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), and the other bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A high chair and a cot are available free of charge for our younger guests.<br><br>The separate, tiled kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. A spacious, tiled shower room is also available. The floors in the living room and bedrooms are covered with hardwood.<br><br>Smoking is not permitted in this holiday rental. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!<br><br>The Strandhaus – Likedeeler II is located directly on the beach promenade in a traffic-free area. The property also offers Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The beach is approximately 60 metres away. Parking spaces are located right next to the house.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The Likedeeler Beach House is located close to the beach and right on Boltenhagen’s central promenade. It’s only about 60 metres to the Baltic Sea.<br><br><br>Pets are not permitted.<br><br><br>Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to availability).<br><br>Each apartment has an assigned outdoor parking space next to the building (max. height: 1.85 m).<br><br><br>Holiday Apartments at the Likedeeler Strandhaus<br><br>Spread across the top two floors, a total of four spacious holiday apartments—each accommodating five to six people—offer plenty of room for a relaxing holiday. <br>Each apartment features a separate kitchen, a living area with a cosy dining table, and two bedrooms. The balconies facing the sea extend across the entire width of the apartment and, during the winter months, offer partial views of the Baltic Sea. <br>The staircase leads you through the glass-enclosed porch to the two floors.<br><br>On the ground floor, the restaurant and café “Kleine Büdnerei” entices guests with treats both big and small—and on some summer evenings, live music.
