Property was great. Just as a note, the sliding screen door was off the rails and damaged when we entered the property. I took pictures when I first checked in. I assume the property owner is aware of this, but wanted to document it so that we were not later blamed for something that was pre-existing. Great place, great location. Had a nice time!

Only complaint was the noise at night. Until about 2 am the club right outside the building was loud and kept me awake. I guess being that close to the ocean and boardwalk I should have known…

The stay was disappointing overall. The rental is located right next to a bar, and the noise was constant, especially late into the night, making it very difficult to relax or get decent sleep. On top of that, the unit was poorly stocked. Basic essentials you’d expect (like sufficient bedding or kitchen supplies) were missing. The beds were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, restful experience.

The condo appears recently renovated and the location is excellent if you want to be steps from the beach. When we booked there were no reviews, so it felt like a bit of a gamble. The pull-out couch was comfortable for our daughter, and we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provided, although we brought our own. The host let us know about an internet outage twice and asked if we unplugged the router, which we didn’t. For most of our stay the Wi-Fi worked well and it was only down for a few hours on the last day.The patio is a nice space but currently only has a small two-person table. It could be a great space with a table or couch. A few details didn’t match expectations. I had asked ahead of time about a standard mattress and was told yes, but it is actually a fold-out foam pad that converts from a daybed into a queen bed. The dining table was also so uncomfortable it was essentially unusable, even though it matched the photos.The unit is right next to the Beach Club and music was very loud until around 2:00 a.m. each night, louder than expected even though we have stayed in the building before.There was also quite a bit of sand on the bedroom rug on arrival, and no vacuum, which made it hard to keep the space clean during our stay.Overall, the condo has great potential and an unbeatable location. More accurate listing details, improved furnishings, and better attention to cleanliness would significantly improve the guest experience.

The property is located facing a very busy street/intersection and was louder than expected later on in the evening.The Patio screen needs replaced.Needs fans to move air.Should have a regular bed in the bedroom not a jackknife couch.Overall location is good as we had friends on Crystal Pier.1st floor on that side of the building has no ocean views.

My boys loved being near the beach, shops, and restaurants. You can hear the ocean from bed. Our normal rental was booked this season, what would have been a bummer turned into a fun new experience.

Location is 12/10! Right on the boardwalk and the beach. We loved the easy beach, restaurant, and shopping access. Host was quick to respond to our questions when we checked in. Property was clean and the listing was accurate. We appreciated the secure building and parking lot. The proximity the boardwalk and bar across the street made for some noise, but we expected that based on reading reviews before we came. I brought sound machines and it didn’t bother us too much. The beds were not that comfortable, but fine for a short term stay. Towels are scarce! We booked for 6 people and only got 5 bath towels plus some washcloths. I requested another bath towel and the host said they would deliver one, but it never came. No hand towels or beach towels were provided, so bring your own!
