The apartment is quietly located in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen only 6 minutes walk from the Zugspitzbahn. This takes its guests to Germany's highest mountain in just 20 minutes by car. Due to the central location of the accommodation, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes in just 4-10 minutes walk (350-850 m). A large supermarket is only a 3-minute walk (250 m) away. The children's and rheumatism clinic is nearby (8 minutes by car). Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the ideal starting point for an eventful vacation in nature. Here you can go skiing or cross-country skiing, hiking or biking.

The public transport can be used with the guest card (included in visitor's tax) to Reutte (AT) and Grainau & Eibsee free.

The bus stop for the local bus and the national bus service is located directly in front of the house in a few meters.
