Nice, cosy cottage, 60 sq m, located slightly uphill from the main house with a large private, furnished terrace, barbecue and view over the garden.
The cottage, on one floor, accommodates up to 5 people: one double bedroom, one bedroom with 3 single beds, a living room with kitchen corner (5 gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, American coffee machine), one bathroom with shower.
Facilities: air conditioning /heating in the bedrooms only, mosquito screens, Wi-Fi, hair dryer.

Hot tub available in the shared and huge green Park. Free of charge, shared with the guests of the other apartments (open from the middle of May to the end of September), as well as a large furnished veranda, to relax.

Price includes: gas , water, electricity, Internet wi fi.
Not included and to be paid on location: Damage deposit € 150.
Final cleaning € 50. Air conditioning € 7/day. Bedlinen and towels € 10/person/request. Heating € 8 per day. Baby bed € 25/week.
Washing maschine use € 5/load. Pet not allowed.
