We used to go out dancing all the time, now we like to enjoy our gardens and home. Joan is from NJ but has lived in AZ, NE, PA and now CT. Chris is from CT, but has lived in NY state too. We like to share the serenity and gardens. People say it is soothing and calming here.

Why they chose this property

It was not about the neighborhood at first, but the house. The house was priced right and different from all the other houses in the neighborhood, on top of coming with an in-ground pool, greenhouses and small ponds. And our neighborhood turned out to be a beautiful and quiet area.

What makes this property unique

Our house is an A-Frame surrounds by lots of botanical style gardens but with an eclectic ambiance and rustic feel.
