The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the washer.
Place all trash in trash cans. We appreciate guests who go the extra mile & use the garbage bins at the back of the property.
In addition to lights, turn off and A/C or heat.
Please ensure the door is closed properly so smart locks will smoothly enter the latch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max 6 guests. All vehicles must be registered on the Vehicle Info Sheet before arrival. One car per bedroom.
Strictly smoke-free property. No pets without prior consent. Report all maintenance issues immediately via portal or text; trash bins out by 7AM.
Guests are liable for all items on the Ridgecrest Inventory List subject to VRBO Damage Claim for any missing or damaged property upon exit.
