The property was located just outside the city walls 5 min walk the beach was 2-3 minute walk nice places to eat we liked the restaurant PORT22 great location only minutes away looking onto the old city walls

Beautiful old apartment right outside the gates of old town. Large with high ceilings and absolutely amazing view of the bay. One caveat, if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you because of the stairs to get to the unit. Price was very reasonable. Would stay there again!

Close to old town and beach. Nice view of Ocean. Good for a small family. Very old building and great history and all that comes with that. Could have been cleaner.

Indeed, the location is fantastic for exploring Dubrovnik., as all historical sites, restaurants and the beach Banje are accessible just minutes away by foot. The building is historical and carries its century-old age, which provides a unique experience.

Great location just outside Old Town, with stunning sea and Old Town views. Right next to the steps to Banje Beach, making swimming very convenient. Despite being close to the action, the apartment is quiet, spacious, and has very high ceilings, individual AC in every room, and a large shared terrace with amazing views.Unfortunately, the apartment is in significant need of renovation and TLC. The private entrance/stairway is in disrepair, and the common entrance lights frequently didn’t work, requiring a flashlight.The biggest issue was the couches. The white pleather couches shown in the photos are badly worn and flaking and are now covered with ill-fitting fabric covers. Flakes were scattered around the couches and continued coming off when used. They need immediate replacement and are unsuitable for a rental. One twin bed also has a large crack. The bathroom needs updating, including a new toilet seat. There was no usable drying rack, the exterior drying-line pulleys didn’t work, the fridge door shelf was broken, and the refrigerator was extremely loud.We travel extensively and stay almost exclusively in apartments, but unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay. We tried not to let it detract from our time in Dubrovnik, which was amazing. However, the apartment was not worth the price or the standard we are accustomed to. Most concerning, the photos—especially of the couches—were misleading and did not reflect the apartment’s current condition.

The property was excellent for our needs with two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, and located about 100 meters from Banje Beach.
