You are guaranteed to feel well! The newly built 3-family house is located in the beautiful and idyllic holiday village Farchant and is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a area of 110m on the ground floor. It has a big terrace, which is equipped with modern and comfortable furniture. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains there.

The holiday apartment "Fernweh" has space for 6 persons. It is equipped with three bedrooms with wardrobes, underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV an comfortable box spring beds. A large living area with a leather sofa and TV invites you to spend many wonderful hours together with the family. In addition, the living room has a spacious fitted kitchen with all modern kitchen appliances and a bar. The dining area is in the kitchen and includes a large table and a comfortable corner seat for 6 persons. The apartment has two bathrooms.



Parking spaces for your car



In the basement of the holiday home there is a room where you can park your skis and snowboard or in summer your bikes and for your ski boots is a boot dryer available. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are also in the basement. The house also offers a parking space for your car right outside the door. This house is located next to the railway station, but there is a noise barrier. Pets are welcome in the apartment "Fernweh", so you can take you four-legged friends on vacation.

This is a very wonderful apartment to stay in. It is very quiet in a wonderful town. Farchant is quaint, in the middle of the Alps and very wonderful. The apartment is close to Garmisch and also to the Austrian town of Innsbruck. The apartment had very comfortable beds, with Down pillows and blankets. Everything one needed was in the apartment. The washer and dryer were handy as was the boot/ski room. There is a bakery and small meat store close by and the train station is just around the corner. Just Wonderful

Das Haus ist schön gelegen. Der Ort erinnert an GaPa in früheren Jahren - einfach nur schön und nicht überlaufen. Pizzerien, einladen, einkaufsladen- alles vorhanden. Der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle sind ganz in der Nähe, so dass man sein Auto stehen lassen kann. Mit dem Zug ist man in unter 10 Minuten im quirligen Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sauber, modern geräumig. Gute Küchenausstattung. Alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Zugspitze und umliegenden Bergen. Ein Tisch auf der Außenterrasse für 6 Personen wäre wünschenswert! Für den Sommerurlaub wäre auch eine oder zwei Sonnenliegen schön, ist aber kein muss. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und sind viel vom Haus aus gewandert. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Auch die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet: sehr gute Betten, reichlich Stauraum, moderner Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und bietet für 6 Personen sehr viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
