Welcome to our Cozy Bungalow on Brunson, St. which is nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the Mississippi River, shopping, hiking, fishing, eating, and many other attractions. Our 2/bed 1/bath home offers many amenities . A fully stocked kitchen, w/coffee/ tea. 2 queen beds, 2 floor fans, ceiling fans in bedrooms, sunroom,and dining room, pack-n-play, highchair, TV's in both bedrooms, blackout curtains in bedrooms, Wi-Fi, 65" TV, and fireplace to keep it cozy down in the family room. To ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency cooling has a set point of 72 and heating 70. Garage for mid SUV's/ cars others park in front of the garage or on street parking for trucks/trailers right in front of the home!

Our property is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to downtown and if you would like to walk downtown it is approximately 1.5 miles. Many restaurants within walking distance.
