The dining table seats 8. The living room has comfortable sectional seating and a large screen TV. Bar seating is available at the outdoor covered bar area on the first level.

Bedroom 1 has has a double vanity, shower, and door to pool area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity and shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The laundry room is on the first level along with a game room with slider access to the pool and outdoor shower.

Access to the beach is easy and convenient! The gate on the north side of the fenced yard opens to a public path.
