The 80m² vacation apartment Casa Andrea is located in Trezzone, a town on Italy's Lake Como. The new apartment is family-friendly and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed.

Guests can enjoy the lake view from their balcony and relax outdoors on the garden furniture or sun in the open shared terrace.

The apartment is just a 15 minute (11 km) drive from beautiful Lago di Mezzola where there are such attractions as boat tours, sailing, windsurfing, sky surfing, and canoeing. The area from Trezzone to Bellagio also offers mountain hikes, cycle paths, villas, and a riding school. The villa is just a 5 to 7 minute (2.2 to 3.5 km) drive from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, a bakery, and a supermarket. Malpensa Airport is a 1 hour and 40 minute drive (121 km) from the villa.

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Beautiful new apartment at the Comolake with nice hosts

Modern and clean apartment in a small village at the Como-lake with a spectacular view at the lake. Apartment corresponds to photos and description. Very nice hosts. We had a wonderful vacation here!

fantastic apartment, excellent Host, immaculate

Pros: Loved chilling out on the balcony with a glass of Red and taking in the amazing mountain and lake Como view. Air conditioning was superb. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dish washer. Romina the host and family, including her father made us feel really cared for. We could not have found a better place to stay. Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, gute Lage

Pros: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin! Sehr freundlich! Gute Ausstattung der Whg und Aussicht, Parkplatz vorhanden - sogar direkt am Haus. Angenehme Schwimm-Möglichkeit in der Nähe mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Zu Fuß auch erreichbar, beim Zurück gehen aber schweißtreibend, da es steil bergauf geht. Cons: Es wäre gut, wenn es für den Balkon, der zum See ausgerichtet ist, einen Sonnenschirm oder Ähnliches gäbe. Aber man kann an heißen Tagen auch abwarten, bis die Sonne weg ist oder den Schattenplatz am Eingang der Wohnung nutzen - oder einfach in den See hüpfen.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin

Apparment war modern und Sauber, wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieterin begrüßt. Alles im Appartment wurde erklärt. Wir bekamen ausflug Tipps. Am ende unsere Aufenthalt, gab es ein unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir danken Romina für ein unvergessliche Zelt. 👍👍👍

Sehr gepflegt und neu

Pros: Das Appartment hat einen traumhaften wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Es war total gepflegt und sehr sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden , was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind herzlich von der Vermieterin Romina empfangen und betreut worden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und werden sicherlich dort wieder hin reisen. Cons: Ich fände es wichtig wenn es etwas mehr Badezimmer Handtücher geben würde. Ansonsten war alles richtig super.

Fijne vakantie gehad!

Pros: Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. Mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Perfecte WiFi voor de kids 😅 Aardige host en familie die rond het appartement wonen. Cons: Het ligt op een berg, alles moet dus met de auto. Parkeren is lastig rondom het Comomeer.

Ein Kurztrip in einer tollen Unterkunft

Pros: Die Unterkunkt war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung neu, sauber und sehr einladend. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: Das Internet war so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden. Das eine oder andere an "alltäglichem" würde noch fehlen. Alles nicht schlimm. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Pros: Fantastische Lage über dem See, herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon, Panoramafenster, Einrichtung ist neuwertig, modern, funktional, ohne jegliche Gebrauchsspuren, Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sofort zur Stelle Cons: Kleinigkeiten ( Nachttischlampen fehlen noch, Mülleimer im Bad)

Ein toller Urlaub und ein schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen angereist. Der Aufstieg mit dem Auto war aufgrund der Kurven und Straßen etwas abenteuerlich aber am zweiten Tag hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Romina hat uns super empfangen und gleich zwei weitere Parkplätze gegeben, da wir nit 2 Autos und Motorrädern angereist waren. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und der Ausblick war malerisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke an Romina für den schönen Empfang und das du jederzeit für uns da warst.
