This Luxury 2 Bed Apartment in the exclusive La Reserva De Marbella area is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. Overlooking Cabopino golf course, the holiday apartment is nestled within tropical gardens and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment can therefore accommodate 5 people.

Additional amenities include Highspeed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV and a Bluetooth speaker. A baby cot is also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes 4 pools, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool and an outdoor shower. Here you can truly switch off and leave the stress of everyday life behind.

Apartment was spacious and clean with great pool just outside the back of apartment. It was always quiet. Great base to stay if want to see Cabopino, Elviria, La Cala. Bus stop on site. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely consider returning to this apartment again. 5 🌟 🌟

Pros: We rented this property for 11 nights in June/July. As a family with 2 boys, aged 6 and 8, we found the apartment ideal for our needs. It's extremely spacious, and very well equipped. It's based in an ideal location for exploring the many beaches the Costa has to offer, and the designated parking space is perfect, as I would recommend a car to really get the most out of your stay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, we recommend Sinbads and Da Mario. Tip for you- if exploring you'll find drinks and food cheaper heading east rather than west. The pool was great for the kids, never too busy, with the bonus of a lifeguard on duty. Francis and Neil were helpful hosts, and a pleasure to deal with!

Pros: What a great find! Apartment is ideally located for the beach, pool and lovely restaurants of the Cabopino. Beds were comfy, bathrooms very modern and everywhere was clean. Anyone visiting I would recommend hiring a car as there are no supermarkets in cabopino but there is a Lidl less than 10 minutes drive away. Unfortunately while I was there I fractured my foot which meant I spent more time in the apartment then planned so the English Tv channels were great when I just wanted to chill on the sofa and the balcony has a view down to the beach so could watch people surfing. Car park was very useful given that it was Easter holidays it was very busy so was good that we had access otherwise would of struggled to park. I would recommend this apartment and look forward to possibly coming back in the future.

Pros: This apartment is lovely, the complex is so lovely and quiet no disturbance. The pool is lovely and quite the gardens are lovely and quiet. Everything in the apartment is comfy. Comfy bed Comfy couches, fabulous shower. Great little kitchen well equipped. The beach is within walking distance but it is 20 mins walking as are most restaurants except for the village inn which is ten minutes across the bridge and is a fab restaurant. If you are going to hire a car grab this apartment don't think twice what a base you would have!. If you are not hiring a car and have young children walking to the beach be sure they will be able for it . All that being said I am thinking how I can get back and stay for longer next time, and I will be making the walk to the beach because whats there not to love about this place . Frances was a fab host thank you. Just to let you know public transport to Marbella and Fuengirola is brilliant and cheap and is 5 mins down the road. Such a great holiday Frances and Neil thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. XXXXX

We are just back from spending a week at Frances & Neil’s apartment at Reserva de Marbella, near Ca

Pros: We are just back from spending a week at Frances & Neil’s apartment at Reserva de Marbella, near Cabopino Beach. The apartment on the first floor was excellent. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge, separate fitted kitchen and a patio/veranda overlooking the gardens, pool and jacuzzi. There was a TV, DVD player and CD player in the lounge, and cooker, toaster, microwave in the kitchen. Also a washing machine. The patio/veranda was big enough for a table, chairs and two loungers. Down by the pool was also loungers, chairs and shaded areas. Really nice and peaceful. Towels were provided, bedding, etc and everything meticulously clean. There was a mini-supermarket 100 yards from the apartment and a large SuperCor 5 minute walk away. This latter sold English newspapers, which were same day not yesterday’s edition. We drove the approx. 45 kilometres from Malaga airport using our own SatNav. I would recommend identifying the apartment’s position on Google Maps and inputting into the SatNav in the comfort of your own home to save phaffing about when you get the hire car. Our TomTom Via didn’t find Spanish addresses as easily as UK addresses. We used Malaga Car Hire and were satisfied with the car, the service and the cost. We had to lodge funds (credit card details) for damage cover, but this is clearly spelled out. We used the car as little as possible as we, or rather I, like alcoholic drinks with meals, beach snacks and people watching, etc. The public bus service was great. The bus stops were literally a few minutes’ walk from the apartment to go to Marbella (only €1.55 each) and over the footbridge to get the bus to Fuengirola (€1.91 each). Its 12 kilometres to Marbella, 17 to Fuengirola. Regular approximately half hourly service. We drove up to the picturesque town/village of Benahavis on the last day and had tapas in very pleasant Las Cañas Viejas tavern/restaurant. Fuengirola is our favourite town on the coast. We had a tapas lunch at Lizarran Restaurant in Calle Alemania. You can Google their website for directions. Fabulous range of tapas. Best we have seen. We had superb meals in the restaurants near to the apartment. First & third evenings at the 2gether Restaurante just across the footbridge. Another night at the Village Inn Restaurante, across the footbridge, near the bus stop. One evening we walked down to the Sinbad Beach to the Sinbad Restaurant. Super position and meal, but a half hour walk. Better to drive! If you like walking, the boardwalks through the sand dunes on Cabopino Beach is really nice and Andy’s Bar on the beach was excellent. We had two lunches there with jugs of sangria. Right on the beach and fresh cooked, excellent food. The last night we treated ourselves to El Rancho Restaurante, just beyond the Village Inn. Lovely place, décor, and huge entrecote steaks. Quite expensive though. All the restaurants gave complimentary liqueur with coffees, post meal. In conclusion, a super early break (April), blue skies, mid 20 ° C temperatures (28 °C in Marbella), excellent apartment and position. Great restaurants nearby, and close to main places whether you walk, drive or use public transport. Recommended.

Pros: Het appartement is prima. Locatie is ook helemaal goed, lekker dicht bij de golfbanen en het strand, winkel dichtbij, restaurantjes dichtbij. Als ik al een opmerking heb is het dat het redelijk fris was deze week, en er dus wel behoefte aan een straalkacheltje of zoiets is in het appartement. 's Avonds werd het behoorlijk koud in huis. Voor het overige was het een prima huis, alleen de t.v. werkte niet echt goed, we konden maar 1 zender duidelijk ontvangen. Keuken is goed voorzien van alle gemakken, bedden zijn prima, kamers zijn ruim genoeg.

Pros: Wij zijn met ons gezin met 2 tienermeiden een weekje naar de Costa del Sol geweest en wel in het appartement van Neil en Frances, in Cabopino. Wij waren erg tevreden over het appartement. Het zag er kei netjes uit en het was zeer ruim. 2 slaapkamers en voor iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer dat was erf fijn. Verder was de keuken compleet en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Ook een TV en goed werkende WIFI, hetgeen de kinderen erg fijn vonden. Eigen parkeergarage met als luxe een lift naar het appartement. Het was rustig in het appartementencomplex dus onze meiden hadden het zwembad voor zichzelf, hetgeen ze zeer fijn vonden. Mooie ligging in een mooi park. 1 minpuntje voor ons was dat er geen nederlandse zenders op de TV zaten. Het contact met eigenaresse Frances was supergoed verlopen via E-mail. Al met al een kei leuk weekje gehad in zuid Spanje in een mooi appartement voor een aantrekkelijke prijs.
