Modern apartment featuring a large terrace with views over the sea and Puerto Banus. The Senorio De Aloha complex has 3 swimming pools, gardens and a paddle tennis court.

This spacious apartment comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and 4 ring hob. Living/dining room opens up onto large balcony with scenic views. Dual air-conditioning in every room. Living area includes a TV with over 50 channels to choose from and chromecast enabling you to connect your devices at your own convenience.

There is FREE WIFI for all guests staying in the apartment.

The complex offers 24-hour security and available parking.

It is a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus Beach/Marina and a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The Marbella Promenade is 11km away which you can walk to along the well-known "Golden mile".

The Las Brisas Golf Course is within 2km, and there are numerous others within a 15 minute drive.

Weekly local market outside the complex every Saturday morning.

The nearest airport is Malaga airport which is 47km from the apartment complex.

Floors and linens/beds were dirty when we arrived. Very small washing machine (and no dryer) which was fine for clothes, but not adequate to clean the linens ourselves. Other than that, it's a nice apartment complex at a good price.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that it can get quite loud from the dance beach place across the street as well as from other young renters in the building having parties. Other than that, the apartment was in a fantastic location and clean.

Very good location. Nice apartment quite well appointed. Did need to buy an iron and a frying pan. The entrance to the complex from the road had many steps which could be difficult for older people especially carrying shopping.

Incomplete keys, no dryer, noice from alarm panel during 2 nIghts without sleeping, elicTrical cables hanging out from the wall/unsafe, water leak from sealing in living room, water leak in master bathroom, INCOMPLETE REFUND! Worst accommodation ever!

Unfortunately there was torrential rain during your stay which exposed a leak in the building, not just our apartment which the property mgmt. company have now resolved. Your refund, as explained to you, was calculated fairly. We, as owners do not receive commission that vrbo charge and therefore cannot refund it. Es facil aparcar por la zona. Lo unico malo es que El apartamento esta bastante lejos de la playa y que para entrar no hay un ascensor o rampa para bajar las maletas. Dentro del edificio si hay ascensor. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado. Hemos estado muy agusto. La piscina esta en buenas condiciones. La limpieza era buena Nos ha gustado mucho. alijatnos aquí.

Calme et confort

8 jours passés dans cet appartement spacieux et clair. Une belle terrasse permet de profiter de trois points de vue : montagne, quartier de la Nueva Andalucia, et mer au loin. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Place de stationnement devant la résidence qui ne pose aucun problème en septembre. Points à améliorer : système de télévision inutilisable, lave-linge à remettre dans une position plus adéquate. Cordialement.

Apartment was great, and great location. A few annoying things, firstly the showers are placed right in the middle of the bath! Makes sense to place the shower head at the end of the bath like normal showers. It’s really an awful layout. Secondly seeing as it’s a self caterting apartment it could do with more variety of dishes like pots and pans and baking dishes. Limited to what we could cook as not enough dishes. Overall the apartment was great, could do with modernisation, the sofa looks filthy and could do with replacing. Thankyou J

Great location, tired apartment.

The grounds in which this apartment are situated are beautifully cared for and tended to. I just wish we could say the same for the apartment. On arrival we were shown to the apartment by the property manager - it was clean and well presented, however to call it tired is fair. I did read some other reviews saying it needed updating and I completely agree. The property manager Camila was very helpful even with restaurant recommendations. The air conditioning is excellent and the view from the balcony is incredible. However, we found the beds uncomfortable, a lack of storage for clothes (we were there for two weeks) and the number of steps that you need to climb from the pool is well over one hundred. There are ramps but even these are hard work in the heat. If you have a disability or aren’t particularly mobile, this apartment is not for you. We are fit and healthy gym goers and it was very hard work! Carrying the shopping up to the apartment was a proper workout. The balcony is lovely but does need a lick of paint as it was peeling off the ceiling - the only apartment that we could see that had this issue. Also, a settee or somewhere to relax there would be great, not just a dining set. We could see a lot of other balconies had settees etc. The apartment is functional but is missing homely touches that make a holiday let. There are no mirrors except for the bathroom. A full length one would be useful. It is a good base but we had friends who stayed on the complex too and their apartment was so much more welcoming and well equipped. We had issues with wifi as it was so very slow and relied on our data useage instead. The wifi only connected in the lounge and gave us a 20mbps connection. Not good when you have two teenagers!! The pools, like the grounds, are magnificent and we enjoyed them every day. Restaurants close by are good quality and the walk into Puerto Banus is lovely - coming back up the hill is hard work though!! Although we made the most of our holiday, we feel that this apartment needs simple additions that would make such a difference. Mirrors, decent pots and pans, drawers for clothes, more hangers, a settee on the balcony etc. Put simply it needs some Investment!! Unfortunately we won’t be coming back as there are better apartments on the complex if we wanted to visit again. Thanks for all the communication which was excellent. I’m sorry we didn’t enjoy the apartment as much as we wished.

Señorio de Aloha

L’appartement est bien situé, la vue sur mer et montagne est époustouflante. Les électroménagers fonctionnent bien. Accès facile à tout, à pied. Les explications d’arrivée n’étaient pas claires. On ne nous a pas mentionné la bonne rue pour l’accès â l’immeuble L’appartement aurait besoin d’être repeint et nettoyé à fond. La literie et les meubles sont vieux, et gris, à la limite de la propreté Le toit du salon coule lors de pluies abondantes. Les matelas sont inconfortables, on sent les ressorts. On annonce un stationnement, il n’y en a pas, pas de sécheuse à linge non plus.
