Eine gemütliche Wohnung. Alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht, findet man in der Nähe: Strand, Wanderwege, Parks, Bahnhöfe, Bäcker, zahlreiche Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Familien mit Kindern besonders zu empfehlen, da es neben einer Terrasse auch einen Spielplatz gibt!

Sehr guter und freundlicher WfV-Service. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Reichhaltige Küchenausstattung. Wenige Gehminuten bis zum Anfang der Einkaufs- und Gastronomiemeile und etwa 10 Minuten Gehweg bis zum Strand. Futonartig niedriges Bett mit weichen Matratzen. Große Terrasse mit viel Überdachung (ideal für jedes Wetter), leider ist die Terrassentür von Außen nicht ganz zuziehbar. Durch den Baumbestand keine Sonnenterrasse, was uns persönlich jedoch nicht störte. Fazit: Eine großzügige, gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung, die wir weiter empfehlen können, auch wenn wir sie aufgrund der weichen Matratzen und der nicht schließenden Terrassentür nicht wieder anmieten würden, das ist halt Geschmackssache ;-).

Es war eine schöne Wohnung. Zweckmäßig sehr gut eingerichtet. Sehr pflegeleicht mit den Fliesen, gerade wir mit Hund konnten einfach, aber effektiv zwischendurch die Wohnung reinigen, denn das muss man einfach machen mit Urlaub mit Hund. Da würde eine Reinigung nach Auszug nicht reichen. Gemütliche Couch Küche super eingerichtet. Mit Kaffeepatsmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar Mikrowelle. Ganz zu schweigen von Ceranfeld und Backofen. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer weiter empfehlen. Ein Wald zum Gassigehen ist auch nebenan.

Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage mit einem Bäcker direkt um die Ecke. Der Strand mit der Seebrücke ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht. Wobei der Weg dorthin durch viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants nie langweilig wird.

Okay für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist klein aber gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig. Uns hat leider auch der feuchte Geruch gestört und im Couchbereich der Geruch nach Hund! Leider liegt die Wohnung im Kellerbereich des Hauses, was leider aus der Beschreibung nicht herausging. Die Lichtverhältnisse waren dadurch schon ziemlich düster und ohne volle Beleuchtung hat man sich dann auch wie im Keller gefühlt. Die Terrasse blieb dann leider auch den ganzen Tag ohne Sonne. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider zur Seite des Treppenhauses/Treppenaufganges gelegen. Dadurch war es leider häufig laut. Gut gefallen haben uns die Jalousien, die an allen Fenstern vorhanden waren. Insgesamt ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig, die Lage des Hauses auf dem Hang aber etwas beschwerlich mit Kinderwagen und Co zu erreichen. Fazit: Preis/ Leistung für einen Kurztrip ok aber nicht für einen 1-wöchigen Familienurlaub!
