The space
This unit is located at Gulfgate Condominium. Beautiful one bedroom one bath condo that sleeps 4. Bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. It has access to the bathroom from the bedroom.
Bathroom has a shower in it. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit.
kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Living room has two twin beds. One on each side of the wall. the twin beds are sperate from the actual living room area with a couch and two chairs. A large Tv with Roku box. Dining room table is close to patio doors so you can enjoy the view of the gulf while enjoying a meal or coffee. The patio doors are amazing. It's not just one door that opens, its TWO the two middle doors slide open leaving a huge opening to the patio. The pool is heated year-round. Beautiful views of the Gulf from your own private balcony.
* We allow small dogs under 25 pounds up to two. Please add the pets to the reservation. Must be Well behaved potty trained and up to date on shots. We may consider larger, but an additional pet fee will be added. There is only an additional pet fee if the animal is larger than 25 pounds and we allow the larger dog. Does not mean we will allow the large dog but you can ask.
