The host was always active even at midnight. Although there were some glitches but he was always there! The stay was good and the location is great. Would definitely recommend this place.
Our stay was perfect! We brought our two dogs for the trip and the host was accommodating! Perfect communication and response from Daniel, and they continued to check on us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended! It’s a perfect location for lots of fun Houston activities! And the place is large enough for 2 couples to have plenty of room.

Overall good experience during my stay here. Host was communicative with me and helped my trip go as smoothly as possible. The home itself is beautiful and in a nice location. Do feel like the property was missing some essentials and could’ve been cleaner in my opinion but aside from that I enjoyed my stay.

Floors were pretty disgusting, socks were black after just walking around a little while. Bring your own toilet paper bc they provide sandpaper quality cheap stuff. Manager is way too in your business and checks in on you every hour and reminds you of every policy even after you’ve read and signed the extra policies and agreed to all the rules. It feel like someone is watching you the whole time. Their proactiveness to them is annoyance to renters. Area was fine and convenient to NRG during riots cup. We just wanted a place to sleep one night for our World Cup experience but had to keep checking in with host bc they wouldn’t let us just enjoy our 1 night stay constantly reminding us about noise and violations and when we needed to be checked out etc. very annoying. Plus they have cameras in a couple locations so you know they are checking in there too. Overall would not recommend. They stressed their cleaning crew coming right at check out possibly but doesn’t even feel clean.
