This is a great house for families. Wonderful location. Over the sand dune to the beach and about a half a mile into town. Response to questions was great. Very quiet. We’ll be back!

For the price you should consider putting the home through a refresh. New paint and carpet would be a positive. Also, I don’t think the windows in the upstairs have ever been cleaned on the outside since it was built. Overall though a nice place that could be great.

Beautiful new house in Manzanita

Great beach house - very new and clean, and just a quick 1 block walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day weekend!

Had an amazing birthday weekend and would most definitely stay again! The place was hecka clean too!

This rental was a great place! The home itself was very clean which was a great starting point. Loved the overall experience of renting from them.

Great house near beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and the beach is just 5 minutes away. A bigger tv would have been nice.

Vacation in Manzanita

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze.Nice big spacious house with plenty of room for 5 adults and one child.Close to the beach and easy walk into town.We like Manzanita because it’s low key and less busy than Cannon Beach.Lots of fun!

Nice getaway

New home walking distance to beach and downtown Manzanita. Nice spacious kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. Would consider renting again in the future.

Perfect place for large family

We had seven adults and one toddler with us on this trip and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is clean, well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies and loads of games and beach toys. Just one block from the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. It was a perfect location and made for a wonderful weekend for the family. We will return for another trip!

Great beach vacation

We had an amazing week. The house was clean and cute. The pillows were not very good and the beds were all really soft. But other than that it was great.
