We had the best time staying there!

We had the best time staying there ! Brooke was so easy to communicate with and Wayde was there with anything we needed. Brought my boat too and had a beautiful spot to dock it. The pictures of the House don’t do it justice! Can’t wait to stay again

I can't tell you enough how gracious and fabulous Chet and Brooke (the hosts) are. They welcomed us at the door with freshly baked Sourdough Bread, built a fire for us one night and were incredibly helpful with everything. Wade the manager was fabulous as well navigating any of our requests and queries. As for the property its simply incredible. We were a family of 8 (with a nanny) and everything was perfect. The views spectacular and we kept saying we felt we were on a yacht it was positioned so perfectly. The children spent their days scampering over the rocks and beach picking up shells whilst the adults sat back and gazed out across the beautiful turquoise waters. You simply must stay here if you visit Staniel Cay.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. We truly loved having your family at Pelican Point and are so happy the house provided the perfect place for everyone to slow down and enjoy Staniel Cay. Your comment that it felt like being on a yacht made us smile. That is such a great description of the view from the point! We will be sure to share your kind words with Wayde as well. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. You were wonderful guests, and we would genuinely love to welcome your family back someday.
