Our home comfortably accommodates families and groups with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plus an additional bonus space:

Katia was an extremely friendly host and very responsive to questions. Our family really enjoyed staying here for a weekend. Katia’s property was absolutely perfect. The home was furnished with stylish and well appointed furnishings unlike some listings that can seem dated or cheesy. The home was stocked with every essential item needed for a comfortable stay. The back yard is large and beautifully groomed. Games were provided for entertainment along with large TVs in every room. We would love to stay here again when we come back into town. We will definitely keep this one in our favorites.

This was the perfect stay for us. We went to Augusta because my niece wanted a tour of the Augusta university. My son just so happens to go there and is an orientation leader for the university. We picked this home for a lot of reasons but three main ones. It is a single story, near everything and pet friendly. We were not disappointed in the least. Katia was fantastic to work with. She was always responsive and quick with a solution. The only problem (not really a problem if I’m being honest) was that we had trouble with the front door key pad. This is more likely user error on our side and not something that needs to be fixed. Regardless, she informed us of an alternative to get in the home in less than 5 minutes. We really appreciated the check in and check out process being so simple. We will definitely be up in the area again for the next couple of years and this will be our first stop when looking for somewhere to stay and if it isn’t available because I’m sure that this is going to be a favorite for most travelers, it will certainly be the bar that we set for standards we look for.
