The Space:

Discover the perfect blend of Old Florida charm and modern comfort at this Merritt Island riverfront retreat. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious layout, the home is ideal for families and groups looking for both relaxation and adventure.



The full kitchen is stocked with essentials plus extras like a blender and food processor—making it easy to prepare meals at home. Inside, warm touches like an electric fireplace and a wall of west-facing windows create a cozy setting with unforgettable views of the Indian River.



Upstairs, you’ll find a lounge area that’s perfect for hanging out in after a day on the water. Guests can step out onto the second-floor balcony to enjoy coffee at sunrise or breathtaking sunsets in the evening.



For sleeping arrangements, the home accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. There are five bedrooms total, including a upstairs master suite, plus a twin pull-out in Bedroom 2 for added flexibility.



Outdoors, the property shines with direct river frontage and a private dock—perfect for fishing, launching a boat, or watching dolphins and manatees glide by. A backyard putting green adds a fun and unique way to enjoy the sunshine, while two tandem kayaks and a paddleboard invite you to explore the water. At night, gather around the outdoor gas fireplace and enjoy the quiet riverfront setting under the stars.



And don’t forget—the home is perfectly positioned to watch spectacular rocket launches from Cape Canaveral, offering a front-row view of the Space Coast’s most exciting events.



From peaceful mornings on the dock to unforgettable sunsets and rocket launch nights, this Merritt Island getaway is more than a home—it’s a destination for creating lasting memories with family and friends.



Note: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras on the property as well as a Ring doorbell at the front entrance.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
