Modern Spacious child-friendly Townhouse @ Reunion Resort, close to Disney

Bright, modern and spacious end-townhouse (semi-detached) with plenty of room for larger families located at Carriage Pointe, Reunion resort, a corner spot opposite the community pool and hot tub. Carriage Pointe is a gated community within the Reunion Resort with its own pool and you will also have access to Reunion's other community pools with the access card available in the house. (not the water park).
It is a super location for going to the parks, especially Disney, we are a stone's throw away from Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, CVS, Aldi, Wells Fargo bank and also now there is a new Starbucks drive through and emergency hospital very close, just on the way to Champions Gate. The Reunion resort also wonderful restaurants and club houses available to all guests, the Eleven roof top restaurant to see all the parks fireworks.
The house has 3 main bedrooms upstairs, a very spacious master bedroom with king bed, seating area, ensuite with corner soaking bathtub, double vanity/sinks and separate shower, a 40 inch flat screen TV with cable/Roku and DVD player, walk-in closet and private balcony with a view over the golf course. The other sleeping areas are a queen bedroom with 32 inch TV and twin bedroom both upstairs with 40 inch TV with a shared bathroom with bathtub/shower. There is a den/playroom downstairs with a very comfortable top of the range queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch TV and PS4 playstation. If more sleeping space is needed there is a spare queen sofa bed in the loft/landing reception area at the top of the stairs. All baby essentials you will find in the house readily available (Bassinet, high chair, side protectors, monitor) and many children's items to play outside and inside and at the pool (bikes in different sizes, games, rackets).
The living space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, espresso maker, K-cup coffee machine, blender, toaster, ice maker, air fryer, slow cooker and all the useful utensils & crockery etc... The living room is an amazingly comfortable bright space with plenty of seating to relax and watch the 70-inch flat screen Smart TV and DirectTV with multi-regional Blu-ray DVD player. Opposite the kitchen there is a modern 6-seater dining set (2 spare chairs in garage) with leather (wipe-able) chairs and stainless-steel tabletop. If you want to enjoy the outside more then switch on the Weber gas BBQ and unwind on the covered patio/Lanai at the table/chair set. Alternatively, make the 50 meter walk across to the community pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and table, chairs, and umbrellas. Carriage pointe is a quieter area of the resort; there is an access card to enter the pool area as well as security access gate with cards and cameras on the main gates to ensure only authorized vehicles may enter. There is a security detail 3-4 times a day and monitors the area.
