Freshly renovated 3BR/2BA Oak Island beach house just 400 steps from the 74th beach access. Enjoy a pet‑friendly, fenced yard, two screened porches, covered parking, a gas grill, and a full hot/cold outdoor shower. Designed for easy, comfortable coastal living. Guests will find a serene retreat featuring one king bed, two queen beds, and a twin trundle bed, perfect for families or groups. The house includes two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers for added comfort. A cozy living room offers a sofa bed, creating extra space to relax or unwind. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or an evening gathering, enjoy the comfortable front and back screened porch. It boasts an open floor plan & a welcoming island atmosphere. The home also provides a laundry closet with full washer and dryer. Outside features amenities such as parking for up to 5 cars and large fenced back yard. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Spacious, very clean . The interior design was beautiful, yet comfortable and practical. Hostess was very kind and quick to respond. The 4 adults, 3 children and a pet enjoyed our stay. The photos of inside and out were spot on !

We had a great stay!! Good location, but something to keep in mind if walking to the beach you do have to the main road with no cross walk to get to beach access which was a little nerve wrecking with littles and dogs. But if driving, there was always a parking spot at the non crowded beach access which was great. The front bedroom was also pretty noisy trying to sleep with all the vehicles passing in the mornings. Spacious backyard for the dogs. Had lots of amenities for cooking and was comfortable.

Great pet fenced in yard! Very prompt communication with owner! spacious inside and out! Decorated beautifully! A few blocks walk to beach that was NOT crowded but family friendly and clean. Elevator was out of service, but thankfully we had teenagers to help with loading and unloading. Oak Island has everything you need in a laid-back, old school beach community with lots to see! A wonderful family vacation !

We had a great trip! The owners were very communicative before check-in, offering recommendations and making sure our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and we had a great time! We would be happy to stay again.

My husband and I are from Elon, NC and my husband grew up going to Oak Island (Long Beach) as a kid. When we had kids of our own, it was a frequent destination in the summer. When we began to discuss the possibility of buying a house at the beach, we knew Oak Island was on our wish list. It has changed a lot over the years but is still a great family beach. We are a family that enjoys making memories together which a lot of times revolves around food, ice cream, games, or just good 'ol conversation. Experiences are part of what defines us and our heart is that you would have a fun and memorable experience with your family, friends or group at the TinCupChalice.

We love our location because it's a short walk to the beach or Island Joe's for coffee and a short drive to Middleton Park, restaurants, shops, grocery, or ice cream.

The Tin Cup Chalice is special because it has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which is perfect for beach life. The nearest beach access is only 400 steps away (1,001 feet). Inside is also newly updated with an open floor plan and calming coastal vibes.
