The Blue River Bungalow is a great destination for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. This water view house, located in Oak Grove Colony, has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. This open concept house has been recently renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and electric fireplace! This home has plenty of space to park multiple cars and boat trailers.

You have access to the Bridge to Bay trail.

This rental allows access to 4 bikes.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used towels in the shower. Remove trash and any leftover food, place inside the black trash bin.
Please turn the heat to 55 or the air conditioning to 78. Turn off all lights. Make sure both doors lock as you leave.
Check and make sure you have collected all of your personal belongings, including phone chargers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
