This tiny and cozy cottage retreat is right on Anchor Bay, home to some of the best fishing in the world. The cottage is completely renovated with an all new kitchen, flooring, appliances, cabinets, TVs, and more. We have a 40` seawall to dock your boat and a deck to watch the sunsets. There is a kayak, fishing pole, and other items for use. You`ll love our views, hospitality, and location right in the heart of Lake St. Clair boat life! We are an hour away, we can be there or leave you alone. It is up to you

Anchor Bay Dr. has a channel on one side, lake on the other. Our cottage sits on the lake side. Boating and fishing life at it’s finest.

Our home can fit 4 cars or trucks. The parking area is 40ft wide by 20ft deep. There is no space to park a truck and trailer. The vacant lot to the left is not ours and can not be used for parking. The owner of the lot next door will allow parking for a single truck and trailer for 25$/day or 70$ per stay. There is no sidewalk but there is little car traffic. Plenty of people walk and bike the streets. The seawall can hold up to a 39ft boat (no electric but extension cord can be run from the house). Water levels are lower right now and bass/fishing boats will require using the ladders to board.
City quiet hours are 11pm to 7am
