All the modern conveniences in a beautiful historic property. Communication with host was excellent. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities for cooking and serving. Highly recommend!!

We chose historic downtown Wilmington because it has so much personality! You can walk to the Riverwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local spots that make the city feel lively and fun. What we love most is that it feels both energetic and full of character. It gives guests the chance to really experience downtown Wilmington instead of just passing through it.

It’s in the heart of downtown, with a private parking lot, which is a rare amenity, but it also has a feel that is very different from a generic rental.
