This 1910 Cottage has been lovingly upgraded, thoughtfully decorated and packs 1383 sqft. three bedrooms and two full baths. The foyer guides you through the home to the open concept living room with TV and upgraded eat in kitchen. Relax on the back porch and enjoy the courtyard equipped with the perfect picnic table and gas grill. The master suite has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and third bedroom has the cutest built in bunk beds offering 4 twins. This property sleeps 8 in total. Washer & dryer and everything else you may need. Located downtown in the Brooklyn Arts District offering the best of the best art, music, entertainment, breweries, food. Walking distance to great restaurants, riverfront, & the Amphitheater.

The property management team communicated effectively and clearly. The house is beautiful inside and the neighborhood is fantastic. The house is stocked and equipped well. We enjoyed local coffee shops and a great meal at a local restaurant. It was a great experience to have within the city and close enough for a great day at the beach.

We rented this house on a business endeavor. Once we arrived, my husband and I were both shocked at how cute the place was. So nicely decorated and just completely comfortable. Its definitely a hidden gem. The neighborhood was also quiet for the location.
Levi’s Lobster, a family business. Fresh Maine Lobster. Delivers for commercial and private sales.
So nicely put together with all the attention to details to make your stay comfortable.

Great distance to downtown and 20-25minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Perfect for family stay. Amazing high ceilings. Loved that they had pots and pans, and also a filtered water dispenser in the kitchen. Open concept was great too. Rooms were neat and bathrooms were clean. Neighborhood is quiet, good to walk around in the mornings and afternoons. Did notice some stains on the couch, and that the TV was loading (didn’t seam to have that much signal). And also the WIFI was slow. Not a big deal considering we were mainly there for beach.

Wilmington

Very clean property, exactly how the photos showed (maybe even a little better than the photos). Easy check in and out, good location(especially for an event at the Brooklyn Arts Center). Easy walk to coffee shoppe and restaurants.

Wonderful and Convenient Gem

This property was absolutely perfect. It’s about a 5-8 minute walk to the downtown/River side action and the neighborhood it’s in offers a lot of fun culture. Both of the beds are comfy, and the restrooms were very homey. The kitchen is also well-stocked, including a slow cooker, making for easy meals at home. The host company was also very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Our children absolutely loved the bunk room—it was definitely a highlight of the trip! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals, and the management company was responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.There are just a couple of suggestions that would make the experience even better. First, an additional TV would be a great addition. With a larger family and so many sleeping spaces, it would have been nice for the kids to have their own TV in the evenings while everyone was winding down. Second, the backyard was quite overgrown, which made it difficult to enjoy and fully utilize the outdoor space.The location was convenient for visiting downtown and the One Tree Hill filming locations, which we really appreciated. However, the surrounding neighborhood gave us some pause, particularly after dark. While we never experienced any issues, I personally wouldn't recommend walking around the area at night. That said, the neighborhood appears to be improving, and I believe it will continue to get better over time.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place with easy access to Wilmington's attractions.

Ceiling fan and TV problems

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and served our purpose well. Walking downtown was a breeze and enjoyable. The kitchen contained everything we needed. However there were a couple of fairly large issues. 1. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not work. 2. The TV “froze” repeatedly and would not come on without resetting the modem. One more small thing, the front lawn was unkempt.

Nice but could be better

House was very nice, beds comfy, lots of pillows etc. however the couch had lots of stains on it, the soap dispenser in kitchen was empty, the shampoo bottles, soap etc had several just about empty and one bathroom had an extra roll of toilet paper but the other did not and what was there was almost empty. Were these items expected - no. But if You put them out then they should be relatively filled. The house next door and across the street are a little sketchy. The biggest issue was the lack of curtains on the front door. Four women and we felt very unsafe and on display. I found some scotch tape on the walls and used that to hang a pillowcase up. So it was nice but could be better. Oh and just know if you have a pet there is no grass in the backyard and they can easily get under the deck!! out

Nice House. Close to Town. Maintenance Subpar

The house itself is very nice. All of the furniture is quite comfortable. The kitchen is about as well stocked as one might expect. Everything is clean. Excellent location. You can walk to nearly everywhere in Wilmington a tourist might want to go. I have just two negatives. First, there is no off street parking, and that is not made clear until after you book. Then the emails from the management company point this out. When my party was at the house during low season that was not an issue, since there was more than enough on street parking. But in the summer that might not be true. Second, the maintenance is subpar. When we arrived lights were out, some of the electronics did not work, and the refrigerator filter was overdue for a change. That last one seems quite serious. If the maintenance issues are resolved, this house is a great place to spend a few days.
