We had a wonderful three-night stay at the loft. Jerry is a great host and everything was as mentioned. The loft was clean and the check in process was pretty easy. Would definitely recommend if you’re traveling to Providence.

I’m glad to recommend this host and property for a stay in Providence. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. This is also a great location with easy walking access to a variety of restaurants and nightlife. The host responded immediately to any question even my stupid ones. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit matches the pictures and it was clean. I appreciated the secure garage parking as I was traveling alone and it made me feel comfortable coming and going at different times. As well, I had been travel for a week and the unit laundry was easy. I worked part of my stay and Internet signal was good. Gym is small but it served its purpose.

Excellent stay. The condo was clean and quiet. The owner/host, Jerry, was very nice and responded to my questions, immediately. Secure, garage parking was appreciated, also. Walkable to restaurants. One mile to the Providence Place Mall. Would love to stay at this property, again, in the future.

Clean comfy secure place. With parking space in the building’s garage. Thats a bonus. Host was very communicative. Close enough to walk to fed hill and we did walk back from waterfire. It wasnt that bad. 20 mins maybe. The hvac unit made it the perfect temperature inside. Also a Quiet building.

The apartment is clean and has all the basic needs. It is sparsely decorated/furnished. The couch opens which made it more comfortable to sit on than when closed but it is not "cushy". The chairs for the small table are plain wooden chairs and there is no individual arm chair for sitting. The counter stools are meant for a bar and are virtually useless for sitting at the counter. However, the arrangement worked for us for the two days we were there and we were totally satisfied. The bed is comfortable. We very much appreciated coffee, tea and water. And the hose was a pleasure to deal with -- very responsive, very quick to reply. FYI, there is a grocery store a couple of blocks away and a gas station convenience store across the street.

This unit was extremely convenient and close to the heart of Providence. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and attractions in the area, which were right around the corner. The apartment had pristine cleanliness, plenty of clean linens, and a spacious living room with high ceilings. The bedroom was cozy and private. The kitchen was state of the art, with everything you needed. Overall this place is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. The host Jerry was a class act and very respectful. He was just a phone call away for any assistance.
