This charming studio apartment is located in the desirable East Side of Providence. It is minutes from Brown University, the RI School of Design and major hospitals. This walkable area is ideal for renters looking for a long term stay in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Providence.
Separate, secure entry with both stair and elevator access.

Close proximity to shops, cafes, and green spaces for those who enjoy walking or biking. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to T.F. Green Airport.

Comfortable living space with a cozy dining table, a comfortable pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress.

-Private Entrance: Separate, secure entry with both stair and elevator access. A video door monitor ensures peace of mind.
-Fully furnished with all the essentials, from linens to kitchenware.

House Rules:
* No children under 13 years old
* We can’t accept reservations booked on behalf of someone else
* The person who books must be one of the staying guests.
* No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in or around the property
* No open flames, including but not limited to candles, incense, lighters, matches, etc.
* Shoes are not to be worn in the apartment
* No events or parties
* No pets allowed on the property
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including use of washer and dryer *Trash and recycling must be disposed in bins marked for the unit.
*Tenant is responsible for taking trash and recycling bins out to the curb weekly on Sunday for Monday city collection

Immaculate studio. Very comfortable & excellent location. On site parking big plus as was ease of check in / access to the studio. Don’t be dissuaded by the pull out couch - it is extremely comfortable and high quality linens and finishes throughout the space. I am looking into replacing my sleeper sofa / guest bed in my home with one by the same brand, I liked it so much. Thanks for a great stay - perfect for me!

This was a perfect room for two nights while I was visiting a friend. Just enough space and it was clean and modern inside with an older house charm. It is under renovation so the exterior is wrapped up and looks a bit rough but you can still see its charm and inside was great. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Overall great stay!

This studio apartment served my needs perfectly for my 10-day stay. It was a bit smaller than the pictures suggest, but this was not a problem, as I was by myself. I can see 2 people staying here comfortably also, but you'll be cozy. The pull-out sofa bed was high quality and comfortable.I love the fact that it had a variety of appliances, plenty of cookware and dishes, and a full kitchen, as I was able to cook meals for myself to save a little money. I was also able to wash and dry laundry; it was impressive how functional this space was overall. The property was immaculately clean, with wood flooring and a modern bathroom with a good shower.The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to Whole Foods, bookstores, bakeries, restaurants, and the Brown University campus. The property had good air conditioning, or you can open the windows to let in a breeze. It is on the third floor, but there is a small elevator so you don't have to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There is parking on-site. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit it located in a lovely area of Providence in a charming victorian. The owners were easy to communicate with. The space has been fully renovated inside with high end finishes and everything that you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay located in a warm, welcoming and compact space. There were nice linens, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, a spacious bathroom with a washer and dryer. The pull out bed is a very comfortable queen size and we were pleasantly surprised to see the unit even had cable television. The owners also left a breakfast treat and coffee/creamers. Can't say enough good things about this place....we will be back when we visit Providence!

Great location, the couch and sofa bed were really comfortable as both. Has everything you need. Overall great spot to stay. There were two of us and it was comfortable in the space!
