This two-bedroom home is built for the rhythm of a real stay - one where you settle in rather than pass through.

 

Living and dining area

The central living space brings together comfort and function without trying too hard. A cushioned seating area anchors the room alongside a TV, and air conditioning keeps the interior cool through the heat of the afternoon. Room-darkening shades let you sleep past sunrise when the day calls for it. Dedicated workspace and Wifi mean that staying connected - or getting a few things done - is always an option.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is genuinely equipped for cooking at home. A full refrigerator, stove, oven, and freezer cover the basics, alongside cooking essentials, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. The dining table offers a proper place to sit down together - whether that's over a slow breakfast or a meal you've put some effort into.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests. The first is furnished with a king bed; the second with a queen. Both rooms include clothing storage, hangers, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets. The layout works well for couples traveling together, a small family, or guests settling in for a longer visit. A crib, pack 'n play, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are also available for families with young children.

 

Bathrooms and essentials

Two full bathrooms provide straightforward comfort and privacy for the house. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Cleaning products and essentials - towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper - are included throughout. A washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays, and a laundromat is located nearby for additional convenience.

 

Outdoor space

The patio or balcony is a natural extension of the living space - outfitted with outdoor furniture and a dining area so you can take a meal outside or simply sit with a drink as the evening cools. A backyard adds further open-air space to the property. Pool access is available, offering another way to make the most of Cabo's warm weather. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided for days spent by the water.

 

Additional features

Free parking is available both in the garage on premises and on the street. The home is pet-friendly and open to long term stays of 28 days or more. Luggage drop-off is permitted for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and cleaning service is available during your stay. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and first aid kit.
