Location & Parking
The property is situated within a residential community. There is no parking space. Parking is available with parallel streets on either side of the property. You will need to park either on Cassan Street or Mathews Ave.

We`ve designed our space to feel cozy and inviting. Just a gentle heads-up: due to the nature of the building, you may occasionally hear sounds from our neighboring guests. We appreciate everyone`s understanding and kindness in being mindful of noise levels.
*Pet Policy: We are not pet friendly.
*Booking Requirements: Travelers must be 25 years or older to book. Guests with no prior reviews are required to send a copy of their government-issued photo ID upon confirmation. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.
*No Smoking/Drugs: No smoking of any kind (vaping, cannabis, tobacco, etc.) is allowed inside the home. A $250 penalty will be assessed if evidence is found. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed in your reservation. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties/events require advanced approval.
*Check-out: Check-out is strictly 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
*Damages: Renters agree to cover charges for damages or necessary extra-cleaning costs.
*Shipments: Do not use the property address for any type of package shipment.
*Furniture: Please avoid moving the furniture.
*PLEASE NOTE that this is a quadraplex, so the walls are a bit thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors!

Our home is equipped with a smoke detector, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 penalty. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is also strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed on your reservation. Unapproved extra guests are subject to a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. Parties and events are not permitted without advanced written approval, and restrictions apply. No tents or other temporary structures may be set up on the property grounds.
*Check-out: Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee.
*Damages & Cleaning: By booking, renters agree to be responsible for all costs related to any damages that occur during their stay and any necessary extra-cleaning charges required after check-out.
*Shipments: Please do not use the property address for any type of package or mail shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
